PERSONAL INFORMATION

After filling in your personal information, selecting a personal meal plan (if needed) and selecting housing for your group, you can then save your attendee information and add other attendees. Please add everyone in your family or group as individual attendees.

Please share what name you would prefer for your name tag, especially if you would like to include a previous last name.

Fee includes Hospitality Tent activities, including food and drink, and wages for our supportive reunion student staff.

Periodically throughout the registration process, we will share a list of registrants on our Reunion webpage and class social pages. Please let us know if you would like your name to be shared.

Please consider a $5 tax-deductible gift to the Kenyon Fund.


MEALS

You can purchase a discounted meal package below this includes meals in the servery during Reunion Weekend (Friday breakfast, lunch; Saturday breakfast, lunch; and Sunday brunch).

The meal package can be purchased individually for each attendee in your registration group so that you can select the appropriate price (adult/child) and share any dietary needs.

If you prefer to select your meals individually, you will be able to pay per meal / per person at the Peirce Hall servery door on the day (with the exception of Friday and Saturday dinner).

Peirce Hall servery will not be open on Friday or Saturday night.

Friday dinner will be part of the Bicentennial Block Party, at no additional cost to registered attendees. Saturday's dinner offering is the All-Reunion Soiree, which is a ticketed event and must be purchased within registration. 

For dining options in and around town, view a list of local restaurants or ask for recommendations at the registration center on campus.

HOUSING

If you will need housing for the weekend, only one person per group should register for housing.

You can select housing by night.

Don't forget to let us know how many rooms you require and what type single occupancy dorm room (one twin bed), double occupancy dorm room (two twin beds), etc.

If you will be sharing a room with someone who is not in your registration group, please list their name below. 

Housing is offered on Friday and Saturday nights.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Guests may receive a full refund of housing and meal fees up to 90 days following registration. Cancellation requests following the 90 day period will incur a 3% fee from the payment processor. Gift amounts will not be reimbursed unless expressly noted by the registrant via email or phone. Please email Emily Mullins at [email protected] to request a refund.
